The Information Minister of Pakistan Mr. Parvez Rasheed left the country on 13th December 2015 to Saint Petersburg Russia to attend International Cultural Forum. The event started on Monday, 14th December 2015. The relationship between Pakistan and Russia is strengthening with collaboration in every field of life. Both the countries are taking steps on their behalf to create a strong bonds through such collaborations.
"On Friday 18th December 2015, on return to Pakistan Mr. Parvez Pak-Russia relations would further strengthen in all fields of life including art, culture and education for mutual benefit of both the nations."
Parvez Rasheed attended and took part in the inauguration ceremony of the 4th International Cultural Forum. The event is inaugurated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.The event of 4th International Cultural Forum continued for 4 days from 13th to 16th December in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
The Minister shared his thoughts on the event that these cultural events provides opportunity to interact with delegates from diverse cultures.(Daily Pakistan, Pakistan-13 December 2015)
Other than this Information Minister Pakistan also attended the award ceremony of philanthropists and art patrons, held at the Museum of Ethnography in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He had also informational discussion with Russian Minister for Culture Vladimir Medinsky and his deputy Alla Manilova on the UNESCO's 70th anniversary.
He also had breakfast with the ministers of different countries and representing Pakistan there. The Minister also attended the closing ceremony of the International Cultural Forum event.
