Paris attacks: Condemn by Pakistani community in St. Petersburg, Russia

Friday night 13 Nov 2015 , a day before weekend when everyone was enjoying their lives at concert, restaurant and stadium. Attackers entered these places and started shooting and killing innocent people of the city.

France has experienced the worst time after the history of World War Two, when suddenly the suicide bombers attacked numerous people on popular sites at their peaceful and happy times.

Standing together

Pakistani community in St. Petersburg Russia, is a second largest city in Russia, were also seen together standing in solidarity against horrific attacks. They all were gathered at a place for a memorial tribute to the victims in horrific attacks in Paris. They expressed their deepest sympathy for the families and friends of those killed and injured on attack.

Happy time turned into mourning !

The atmosphere was so happy and then suddenly the whole Paris felt the horror. "It was all like a nightmare," one of the victim said. French watched the fear, when the terrorist attackers killed the scores of people in concert goers, outside the stadium and restaurant diners.

Ambulances were seen racing hither and thither in different zone into the early hours of Saturday, and numerous survivors were banished in police buses. French media said Paris hospitals were overwhelmed with wounded.

According to the French officials at the fourth day of this tragic incident, the death toll had risen to 132 and almost 349 people injured in a wave of multiple attacks across the French capital, Paris.

Prime Minister condemn Paris Attacks

According to Pakistani National Media, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif shared a statement at this mournful incident, “Pakistan stands firmly behind the people and Government of France in this hour and extends its support to bring the perpetrators to justice.”

The government and people of Pakistan strongly condemn terrorism after the Paris attacks and entitled them as height of cruelty. Pakistani foreign office spokesperson Qazi Khalilluah in a statement also denounced the attack and condemned terrorism in all forms and manifestations, while expressing condolences to the bereaved families he said,

“Pakistan stands with the French people in their hour of grief. We pray for the speedy recovery of the injured,”

A horrendous attack in Paris also reminded the deadliest attack in Peshawar, Pakistan, that brought grief worldwide that happened in Dec 2014. Pakistanis showed their sincere condolences and solidarity with the French people.

All countries over the world condemned the attacks and expressed their deepest empathy and sorrow for the families of those who were killed and severely injured during the attack. The whole Russia is also shaken and dismayed by these appalling and indefensible attacks on innocent civilians.

Everyone expressed their unity and stand with Paris at this distressed time and expressed their unambiguous condemnation of those involved in planning and carrying out these atrocities. The shocking events in Paris are a reminder to all of the ever-present threat of terrorism and indiscriminate violence.

Pakistani community Saint Petersburg in Russia expressed their focus to comfort and support the families of the attack. Until that time, the whole Russia nation will continue to support the ongoing investigation.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of terrorist attacks and the families and friends of those who have lost their loved ones. May the city rise and shine again with the brightness after this dark time!
